The CSSC South & South East Barbados Challenge is a programme of events leading up to a week of competitions between CSSC and corresponding civil servants in Barbados. Click on the following link to view all of the qualifying events to be held during 2008 – all you or your have to do is win one of them, and then you can fly out to Barbados in the autumn of 2009 (at an advantageous cost, subsidised by your region), and enjoy one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in the world.

CSSC Sailing Taster Days
There are a number of opportunities for CSSC members to sail on Sea Essay. We are running a number of “day sails” which are just a day long and a great introduction to sailing, no experience is necessary!
We also run “Seatimes” which are longer trips, these can be anything from a weekend or week long. Seatimes offer a great chance to live aboard the Yacht for a few days, make new friends, and visit some interesting and beautiful places on the south coast of England, Channel Islands or even Northern France.
We also run training courses, approved by the Royal Yachting Association. These are at prices which are considerably lower than those offered by the commercial sailing schools. We also are in the position to organise some “Group Day Sails” for your organisation.
Sea Essay offers civil servants a great opportunity to discover sailing at an affordable price and is a fantastic experience.
